Nintendo has announced a two new Nintendo Direct for September 8 and 9 through the Nintendo Today! app.. The presentation will last approximately 45 minutes and will focus on games scheduled to arrive during the winter season.
The event will begin at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM in the UK / 4 PM in Europe. As usual, the presentation will be streamed online through Nintendo’s official channels, like YouTube channel and Nintendo Today! app.
A busy week for Nintendo
The September 9 presentation will not be the only Nintendo Direct taking place next week. Nintendo has also scheduled a special presentation celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda for September 8.
That event will last approximately 30 minutes and is expected to bring new information about the franchise. One of the main attractions should be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the remake announced for Nintendo Switch 2 during the June Direct.
Nintendo has not revealed which games will appear in the general presentation on September 9. The company only confirmed that the focus will be on titles releasing during the winter, leaving plenty of room for announcements and updates.

Nintendo will also host a Nintendo Treehouse: Live presentation immediately after the Direct, featuring gameplay from select titles shown during the event. That’s a huge opportunity to see what’s coming next for Nintendo Switch 2.
With two presentations scheduled on consecutive days, Nintendo is preparing a particularly busy week for Switch and Switch 2 players. And, for once, the calendar is doing most of the work when it comes to building the hype around the next Nintendo Direct.
