Electronic Arts announced during the Nintendo Direct on September 9, 2026, that It Takes Two will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on October 15, 2026. The Switch 2 release will feature enhanced visuals and will be available as a free upgrade for players who already own the game on Nintendo Switch.

About It Takes Two
Developed by Hazelight Studios, It Takes Two is a cooperative adventure in which two players control Cody and May, a couple who have been turned into dolls by a spell. Players must work together to progress through the campaign, using complementary abilities across different sections of the game to overcome obstacles and puzzles.
